Life is full of challenges. For some, a challenge can be fun like a fitness challenge, but for many, challenges are a daily part of their life, whether it’s mental health, chronic illness or grief, which can hold us back from living a full life.
Imagine if you could challenge yourself and at the same time inspire, encourage and support those who are having a tough time. Well, you can!
Wear It - Wear a watch or smartwatch.
Flip It - So the watch face is on the inside of the wrist. It’s more than just a quirky fashion statement; it’s a symbolic gesture aimed at raising awareness, and you may also find your Smartwatch data more accurate!
Share It - Sharing your story can help break down stigmas and inspire others that they can “turn things around”.
Below, you’ll find real stories from people who’ve faced challenges and turned things around. These stories are full of hope, courage, and the reminder that change is always possible. Take a moment to scroll down, read their journeys, and let their experiences motivate you. Who knows? You might even be inspired to share your own story too!
“Trying the Insider Watch Challenge was a game-changer!”
For many who have joined the challenge and flipped their watch have already broken the habit of a lifetime in just a few days. This got them thinking - if they could change this one habit, what other positive changes could they make?
Above: Being amongst nature is a great way to lower anxiety and boost your mood.
Below: Physical activity is not only good for your body but for your mind also.
Breaking a lifelong habit can take some time, but the results are well worth it. For some participants in the challenge who have started wearing their watch on the inside of the wrist, have instantly preferred it. However, for others, it might feel unfamiliar at first, and it can take a week or two to form a new habit. Be patient, give it time, and soon you’ll find it far more comfortable and practical. Once you’re accustomed to it, you’ll wonder how you ever wore it the other way. It’s a small change that can make a big difference.
Over the past few weeks, the Insider Blog Challenge has become more than just a space for writing, it’s become a place for sharing, connecting, and inspiring. This is all thanks to the amazing people who have shared their personal stories.
