How would you like to support a friend or family member who is having a tough time? Of course you would. Imagine also if you could change the habit of a lifetime in just a few days, well you can.
Take part in the Insider Watch Challenge and together let’s bring awareness to life’s challenges and struggles to show, and encourage others that we can all turn things around!
For many who have already entered The Insider Watch Challenge and flipped their watch to the inside have shown how they have broken the habit of a lifetime in just a few days. It got them thinking - if they could change this one habit, what other positive changes could they make?
We all have a story to tell, and we all know someone who would be encouraged by our support. We want you to tell your story. For some their challenge has been coping with an illness, or their struggle with mental health or a bereavement, but for others, a physical challenge like a run, walk or cycle ride is motivating and inspiring them and raising awareness, and fundraising for their chosen charity.
Here’s what to do.
1. Wear your watch and flip it to the inside of your wrist.
2. Tell your story or a message of support for a loved one.
3. Share photos or video to tell your story and include your #InsiderWatchChallenge photo
As well as including a photo of you wearing your watch insider style, you may want to include photo’s of a friend or loved one, or a favourite location. All our stories and images will be different as we are all unique and on different journeys.
Sharing your story or a message of support, will not only inspire others but will help you too. Remember, YOU are NOT alone. Let's turn things around and inspire positive change!
Tag @themischiefmovement @theadventuresofphiljones on Instagram and the person, or charity, you are supporting.

“Trying the Insider Watch Challenge was a game-changer!” Many found that flipping and wearing their watch on the inside of the wrist not only felt more comfortable than wearing it the conventional way, but with smartwatches, some people also felt it improved their accuracy, although this isn’t scientifically proven, yet!
